Another new establishment is the B & H Dry Cleaning situated at the corner of Marsh and Ebenezer Streets, Proprieters Armand Hanney and George Byrne.
At the present time in 1947, there are two hotels - the Arlington with the Siskand Brothers as managers and the Anderson Hotel with Frank Green, owner and manager.
Mr. Thomas Hore & Son and Mr. Dan Hitch are the local coal merchants for the town and surrounding district. [Mr. Hore now deceased 1969 and Mr. Hitch is retired.]
